Philippa (Pip) Dunphy

Pip works as an independent director. Her work experience and knowledge include the areas of capital markets, banking, finance and investment management. With this background, she has a particular interest in finance, risk management and investment management.

Her governance experience includes being a Earthquake Commission board member for eight years. More recent appointments include the Fonterra Shareholders Fund, Abano Healthcare Ltd, NZ Super Fund, Solid Energy New Zealand Ltd, NZ Clearing and Depository, Mint Asset Management and NZ Post Ltd.

Pip has a Bachelor of Horticulture Science, from Lincoln College; and is qualified as a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), from the Association of Investment Management and Research (AIMR) USA.
